I looked out the kitchen window and the children were happily eating their yogurt popsicles. I looked out the window 5 minutes later and THIS is what I saw! Seriously counting down the days until school starts!

Weekend Project Part II

Getting Things Done

At long last we had a weekend at home! So that meant only one thing, time to start those summer projects. The first item on the list was a parking pad for Jerry's vehicle. Jerry, my Dad & Thomas filled in the area dug out by our neighbor with lots of gravel, to get it ready for the concrete, which will be next weekends project :) My job was chief kid wrangler and to paint a dresser for Kelsey. Luckily it was a nice day, so we could all be outside, Zac and Kelsey played in the pool while I painted.

Fourth of July

Fourth of July in Manzanita on the beautiful Oregon coast. I'm happy to report that even though the Mullin children had sparklers, there were not any injuries. Also, earlier in the day Zachary did manage, as only Zac can do, to run into a parked car. Both he and the car came out unscathed.

The Mullin Five

1991 was the last time all five Mullin "kids" were at the same place at the same time, it took 19 years to coordinate schedules in order to get everyone together again. We had a fun weekend reconnecting, hopefully the next gathering won't take another 19 years! :)
